Join us for a special Traveller Pride cultural event taking place at the Head Office of Involve Youth Services Project in Monksland, Athlone, on Wednesday, 20th May 2026 at 11:00 am, as we proudly celebrate 35 years of Travellers’ Voice Magazine ~ Ireland’s only publication dedicated to the Traveller Community.
This special day will honour Traveller heritage, promote positive representation, and strengthen connections between Travellers and the wider public, while continuing the magazine’s important mission of sharing vital information on health, well-being, and education.There will be something for everyone to enjoy on the day, with fun and entertainment for all ages, as well as a very special highlight ~ the launch of Maureen Ward’s first book of poetry.
