Pavee Point and Involve CLG are working together to support applicants for the Traveller and Roma Civil Service Placement Programme—a unique 12-month opportunity that could be your first step towards a permanent role in the Civil Service
.
Locations Available:
Positions are currently available in Dublin, Limerick, Athlone, Galway, and Mayo.
About the Programme:

Open exclusively to members of the Traveller and Roma communities.

Paid placements at Clerical Officer (CO) and Executive Officer (EO) levels.

Work across a variety of Civil Service Departments.

Following the success of the 2022/2023 pilot, this year’s programme now includes a pathway to permanent employment for those who complete the placement successfully.

Applications open in September 2025 and will remain open for around 3 weeks.

Shortlisting in October, with interviews in November.

Placements will begin in early 2026.
