We are pleased to announce that Travellers’ Voice has recently joined the Neurodiversity in Business initiative. We take pride in embracing a neurodiverse workplace. We are excited to share information on how to become more inclusive towards individuals with neurodivergent conditions such as Autism Spectrum Condition, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Developmental Language Disorder, and Dyspraxia. It is essential to understand that neurodiversity encompasses a wide range of thinking, communication styles, and expressions. It includes those typically excluded due to their unique characteristics and expressions. Around 15-20% of the world population is neurodivergent, with the numbers rising sharply in STEM tertiary education.
Embracing neurodiversity can unlock the potential benefits of every kind of mind and enable businesses and educators to make a meaningful impact. This can lead to long-term benefits for everyone.
